During the hackathon Youth for Youth, after interviewing Ukrainians students arriving in France, we decided to create a Notion page to centralize all the info necessary to their arrival (housing, food, phone, transport...)
I am looking for some help to reference this page and transfer it to a website and not only on my personal workspace, as well as associations (or scraping etc.) to help me implement it.
This idea could also be used for other countries, communities and causes.
Here is the page :

Check out this new fund for Ukraine by the people at Ashoka:
hello-europe.eu/hello-europe-refug...
I think they also help connect different organisations. Besides that I think the French red cross could help, they are building a startup studio for Ukraine crisis projects.
GREAT !!!!!
Hi Sebastian,
Then, first, if you want to "reference" the webpage, notion is definitely not the good one for that... A serverless is a good choice for security fonctions and responsibilities, but certainly not associated to a personal account... Then if you want to keep a no code tool, it's a choice to make with a particular attention.
I'm gonna check what's on that page and try to help you any way I can.
What kind of tech basis do you have ?
Don't know if we can have private messages here, I'll check that too.
Good work and ideas !!
There's some no-code solutions that transform a Notion page into a website, maybe it's worth looking into them for an MVP that is referenced on search engines. I never tried it but here is some I just found:
super.so/
popsy.co/
simple.ink/notion-website-builder
Thank you Rayan, I am looking into it. What I am wondering is what is the cheapest (by cheapest I mean free haha) solution to do this. Popsy seems free, and then maybe just using an account managed by an association to create the notion page
I actually tried popsy.co and the page is now live :) for free ! that's just great, thanks Rayan, I will just need to find an association to handle it now :) welcomehome.popsy.site/
That's great !
Can you share the link here? I'll have to try popsy.co too then
welcomehome.popsy.site/
Looks good !
So... I've taken a very short time to watch over your page.
It seems that some pieces of info are missing, and some f them are repeated. In fact, don't you think a single landing page kind of would make the job ?
(I don't understand the "associations" (students organisations in English) : What about the UNI which, I'm a,n old man and my studies are far away, but was more or lesse a far right xenophobic organisation...).
Amazing work! I am adding this project to my post on tech projects for the Ukraine crisis (see below)

Sebastian might have desappeared...
Hi Julien, really sorry for my late answer, I did not noticed anyone answered me. The content of the page is not finished yet, I am contacting different associations to fill the rest of the info and to understand what they need. What do you mean by a serverless solution ?
My idea was to do just like what the people selling Notion templates on the internet are doing, referencing the page on a specific website, or even just hosting the Notion page on an account managed by an association. What do you think ?
Also maybe if you have some recommendation about the building of the notion database ?
Anyway, thanks a lot for your help and taking time to investigate this project.
All the best ,
Sebastian
That’s wicked 😊
